3. User Responsibilities

5. AI-Generated Content and Automation Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

AI outputs may not be error-free

AI-generated content should not be treated as legal, financial, or professional advice

Codex AEO is not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes based on AI-generated materials.

6. Third-Party Services and Platforms

The Services may integrate with or reference third-party platforms, tools, APIs, search engines, analytics providers, hosting providers, or AI systems. Codex AEO does not control and is not responsible for the availability, functionality, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Codex AEO is not liable for disruptions, changes, penalties, or losses caused by third-party systems.

7. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payments

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease.
